Dubai Real Estate Investment Projects Continue to Make Progress on Approved Timelines

Dubai Investments, a leading investment firm listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), has announced through its real estate arm, Dubai Investments Real Estate, that construction on its property projects is progressing according to the established delivery schedules.

Progress on Residential and Hotel Towers

The construction activities at Danah Bay, located on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, are advancing as planned. The completion of the residential tower is anticipated in the third quarter of the first half of 2027, while the hotel is projected to be finished in the third quarter of the same year. Currently, the overall completion rate for the residential tower stands at 32.1%, with the hotel tower at 24.0%. Both structures have successfully completed their foundational and infrastructural phases, and the structural construction is currently underway.

Villa Development Achievements

In the same project, the villa phase, which consists of 189 villas, has achieved a full completion rate of 100%. Partial handovers of several villas have already taken place as a part of the broader delivery schedule.

Updates on Dubai Projects

In Dubai, the Violet Tower project in Jumeirah Village Circle continues to make steady progress, with completion expected in the last quarter of 2026. The residential tower has reached a completion rate of 57.61%, and work is advancing smoothly across various project stages.

Future Deliveries and Developments

The delivery for the Asail Avenue project, a residential component of the Madinat Mirdif master plan, is expected in the second quarter of 2027. Construction began in the second quarter of 2025, and to date, the completion rate stands at 28.47%. This is part of Dubai Investments Real Estate’s commitment to develop fully integrated residential communities in Dubai.

The Vista project in Mirdif is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2028, aligning with Dubai Investments Real Estate’s long-term delivery strategy. The project has successfully completed its preliminary phase, achieving a completion rate of 100%, and construction is progressing in accordance with the established project timeline.
