The emirate welcomed 18.72 million tourists in 2024, reflecting a 9.15% increase compared to 2023. This growth is expected to persist, bolstered by a hotel infrastructure that offers over 150,000 rooms, with additional development projects underway.

The report highlights that Dubai provides an extensive array of options catering to various traveler interests, whether it be luxurious accommodations, outdoor adventures, or global dining experiences.

Air Canada offers daily direct flights from Toronto Pearson Airport to Dubai using Boeing 787 aircraft, facilitating easy access to the destination.

In terms of shopping, Dubai meets the aspirations of fashion enthusiasts and shoppers alike, featuring stores of top global brands, alongside affordable options for electronics and clothing.

The Gold Souk is one of the city’s standout attractions, showcasing 380 shops with dazzling displays of jewelry that are truly unmatched.

Dubai also holds a remarkable position in the culinary scene, boasting 19 Michelin-starred restaurants that provide dining experiences ranging from exquisite fine dining to popular local dishes, catering to all tastes and budgets.

Visitors can savor local delicacies like “Majboos,” a saffron and lemon flavored rice dish, prepared with various meats or vegetarian options.
