Dubai South has announced the launch of advanced, multi-use facilities within its logistics zone, covering approximately 215,278 square feet. These facilities are designed with flexible, modular units to cater to a variety of business needs, aiming to drive growth and enhance competitiveness in the regional market.
According to a press release issued today, the project is expected to be completed and the units delivered to tenants by the first quarter of 2026.
Strategically located in the cargo shipping area, these facilities are near vital infrastructure such as Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. Businesses will benefit from direct access to the country’s major highways, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
The new facilities offer flexible and customizable spaces with ground-level access. They have been designed sustainably, allowing easy adaptation to meet varying business requirements. Retail outlets and amenities within the location will enhance operational efficiency and provide comfort for employees.
This initiative targets a broad customer base, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), logistics service providers, e-commerce companies, traders, and businesses that require secure, strategically located spaces to facilitate international trade.
Two space options are available: 2,152 square feet and 3,767 square feet, with customized designs tailored to fit business needs and the potential for expansion as companies grow. All units are equipped with temperature control systems to maintain products and services in optimal conditions.
Mohsen Ahmed, Executive Director of the Logistics Area at Dubai South, stated that the organization aims to empower businesses with innovative, flexible, and sustainable solutions that promote growth and improve operational efficiency. He emphasized that the launch of these new multi-use facilities reflects a commitment to supporting SMEs by providing advanced infrastructure in strategic locations that fulfill the demands of both regional and global markets.
