Emirates Airlines Emerges as the Most Recommended Brand Worldwide in 2025

Emirates Airline, the largest international airline in the world, has been ranked as the leading global brand in YouGov’s list of the top 10 recommended global brands for 2025. This recognition reflects the airline’s prestigious reputation among travelers and its continued success in delivering a ‘superior travel experience.’

Notably, Emirates is the only airline to feature in YouGov’s top 10 list, which evaluates how many customers recommend a brand to their family, friends, and colleagues. With a recommendation score of 88.4%, Emirates significantly outpaced its nearest competitor, standing out among a group of other prominent global brands.

The ranking by YouGov was based on the opinions of over a million individuals across 28 markets worldwide, tracking brand performance daily from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025. The positive recommendation scores for each global brand were aggregated to determine the top 10 brands, weighted by the size of each brand’s customer base in different markets.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, stated, “This esteemed recognition highlights the strong bond we have established with our customers globally and their loyalty and trust in us not only to take them to their destinations but to do so with excellence, care, and reliability. We remain committed to evolving our exceptional experience and establishing new superior standards in travel, ensuring Emirates always remains a distinguished brand that our customers proudly recommend.”

This accolade exemplifies Emirates’ elevated status and growing global popularity, attributed to its ongoing commitment to place customers at the heart of its operations and to create memorable experiences every time by relentlessly investing in providing the finest products and services to ensure a world-class travel experience in the air and on the ground.

In the first half of 2025, Emirates continued to enhance its services and products by expanding its global route network with the addition of three new destinations: Shenzhen in China, Da Nang in Vietnam, and Siem Reap in Cambodia, with plans to introduce flights to Hangzhou, China. The airline also opened nine redesigned travel shops across Asia, Africa, and Europe, and deployed its latest aircraft model, the Airbus A350, on routes to 10 destinations. Furthermore, it became the first airline globally to receive certification for autism acceptance, marking significant progress in its efforts to make travel accessible to all.

By December 2025, Emirates is set to serve over 70 cities—about 50% of its route network—with updated Boeing 777 and Airbus A380 aircraft equipped with modern interiors, in addition to the Airbus A350. The airline will offer over two million seats in premium economy, allowing more travelers to enjoy the latest generation of Emirates’ renowned travel experience.

Emirates was also honored by YouGov as the most recommended brand in the UAE for 2024 with a score of 92.6. Additionally, it ranked first for customer satisfaction among American travelers in YouGov’s survey of U.S. airlines for 2024 and was recognized as one of the top 10 airlines by Generation Y and Z in the United States.
