Empower Launches Its Most Modern Customer Service Center in Dubai

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation, known as Empower, has announced the launch of its latest customer service center at its headquarters in the Al Jaddaf area of Dubai. This initiative is a strategic move that reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to enhance its services and improve customer experience. The new center is part of Empower’s efforts to strengthen its presence in key locations, facilitating easier access for customers amid the rapid urban development taking place in Dubai.

Ahead of the opening, Ahmad bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, cut the ribbon, joined by various officials from the organization. Empower emphasized that this step aligns with its vision to provide an advanced customer experience based on efficiency and flexibility, catering to the needs of its growing customer base across different areas of Dubai.

Empower serves over 156,000 customers in various regions of Dubai, processing nearly one million transactions each year across multiple platforms, including direct service centers, digital platforms, and smart applications, ensuring a comprehensive experience characterized by efficiency, flexibility, and quick responses.
