The Dubai Chamber has engaged in discussions with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia to explore opportunities for developing bilateral economic partnerships across various priority sectors, aiming to bolster the growth of their mutual relations.
During the meeting, Mohammed Ali Rashed Lootah, Director General of the Dubai Chamber, spoke with Yuda Nugraha, the Indonesian Ambassador to the UAE, about prospects for enhancing trade and investment cooperation between the business communities in Dubai and Indonesia. They also discussed ways to expand collaborative efforts to serve shared interests.
The meeting focused on strategies to reinforce the integration of the business ecosystems in both regions, improve relations between private sector companies, and ensure the sustainability of economic and trade ties. Additionally, the participants deliberated on increasing joint coordination to adapt to global changes and keep pace with developments.
Mohammed Ali Rashed Lootah remarked, “Indonesia is a vital strategic partner for Dubai, and we are dedicated to enhancing economic cooperation by building on existing achievements and exploring new partnership opportunities, particularly in rapidly growing sectors. This will support development and strengthen trade and investment links between both parties. We are also committed to assisting Indonesian companies in growing and expanding in the region from Dubai, leveraging the promising growth prospects offered by the emirate.”
