A spokesperson for FlyDubai stated that the current regional situation continues to impact their flight network, resulting in the cancellation, rerouting, or delays of certain flights due to congestion in the air corridors.
The spokesperson also mentioned, “All flights operated by FlyDubai to Iran, Iraq, Israel, and Syria will remain suspended until June 20. We are closely monitoring the situations in Jordan and Lebanon, and flights to these destinations will resume as daytime operations starting June 17. Additionally, FlyDubai flights to Minsk and St. Petersburg will continue to be suspended until June 17.”
The representative explained, “We have resumed operations across our network wherever possible, and we are continuously assessing our operations in light of ongoing developments. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may have caused and appreciate our passengers’ understanding during this time. The safety of our passengers and crew remains our top priority.”
The airline advised travelers to reach out to the FlyDubai call center in Dubai, visit a FlyDubai travel office, or contact their travel agent for options regarding rebooking or ticket refunds. Passengers were also urged to ensure their contact details are updated through “Manage Booking” and to check their flight status on flydubai.com for the latest updates.
