GFH Partners Manry, a real estate investment fund managed by GFH Partners Limited, has officially commenced construction of a logistics facility within Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) in collaboration with Palmoun Group, serving as the development manager.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Abdullah bin Dmeithan, the CEO and General Director of DP World’s operations in the GCC region, alongside a distinguished group of officials and guests, underscoring the project’s strategic significance and its vital role in solidifying Dubai’s status as a key player in the logistics and industrial sectors.
Spanning a total area of 214,000 square feet, the facility is designed according to the highest global standards with an emphasis on achieving optimal operational efficiency and flexibility for expansion, creating an ideal environment for tenants amid the growing demand for high-quality logistics spaces, particularly in rapidly developing industries.
New Facility
The new facility will cover a built-up area of 144,000 square feet with the capacity for up to 32,000 storage platforms. It will feature a highly levelled surface, 16 loading docks, and modern office spaces that total 15,000 square feet, including an upper platform with direct views of the Jebel Ali port operated by DP World.
The design reflects a commitment to maximizing the use of the constructed area by enhancing storage capacity while prioritizing operational efficiency, flexibility, and the implementation of the highest sustainability standards. Construction is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027, with advanced discussions underway with one of the leading logistics service providers in the region to lease part of the facility.
