Each model includes curriculum plans, structural guidance, employing and training strategies, technological infrastructure, and hundreds of operational systems.

The group aims to simplify the processes of launching and developing schools through innovative strategies, which include safeguarding policies, inclusive education practices, data systems, marketing strategies, and timelines for plan implementation. “GEMS School Management” allows its partners to tap into the group’s exceptional capabilities in attracting top teaching talent, providing advanced training programs, and digital systems that support learning and education.

Robert Tarn, Managing Director of “GEMS School Management,” stated, “We are excited to launch ‘GEMS School Management’ and move forward in enhancing our collaboration with institutions aspiring to set new benchmarks in the education sector. The offering of ‘GEMS School Management’ presents a comprehensive system that amalgamates all models and practices that distinguish ‘GEMS Education,’ relying on exceptional teaching staff and applying global best practices and operational models to meet the needs of all stakeholders, including governments, schools, and educational institutions.”

The “GEMS School Management” provides various educational models, including British and American schools, Indian schools, and middle-grade International Baccalaureate models, along with curricula designed for the specific social, organizational, and financial contexts of targeted educational markets.

Sunny Varkey, founder and chairman of “GEMS Education,” remarked, “We believe that every child has the right to high-quality education, a principle that has long guided our roadmap at ‘GEMS Education.’ Through ‘GEMS School Management,’ we aim to share our expertise, manifesting our belief in the power and importance of education in transforming individual lives and accelerating community progress, in partnership with like-minded stakeholders.
