Marwan Al-Muhairi Appointed General Director of the Emirates Financial Institute

The Board of Directors of the Emirates Institute of Finance has appointed Marwan Al-Muhairi as the new General Manager of the institute.

Al-Muhairi will be responsible for steering the strategic direction of the institute, with a particular emphasis on enhancing the skills of national workforce to prepare them for key leadership roles, and supporting localization initiatives within the industry.

This appointment comes at a critical juncture for the institute, which aims to advance its strategic initiatives to align with the UAE’s vision of building a knowledge-based economy, enhancing localization efforts, and fostering innovation in financial education and professional development.

Marwan Al-Muhairi brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the global banking and finance sector, with a proven track record in leading transformational projects in international markets, developing competencies, and driving growth within the financial sector.
