Miras Secures a 450 Million Dirham Contract for Luxury Residential Project ‘Central Park Plaza’

Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, has awarded a contract exceeding 450 million dirhams to Narsco Contracting for the main construction work on its luxury residential project, Central Park Plaza. This development is part of the City Walk expansion in Dubai and is set to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
