Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project Launches Aircraft Maintenance Services Complex

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project in Dubai South has announced the launch of an “Aircraft Maintenance Services Complex,” a modern facility designed to meet the increasing demand for aviation-related services in the region.

This new facility is situated within the aircraft parts supply and repair area, covering a total area of 16,661 square meters. It features 14 specialized units designed according to the highest standards, creating a comprehensive operational environment that meets the needs of companies in the aviation sector.

The “Aircraft Maintenance Services Complex” offers competitive advantages including ease of access, advanced infrastructure, and flexibility in customizing office, commercial, and warehouse spaces, making it an ideal choice for firms seeking a strategic location within an integrated aviation ecosystem. The complex’s proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport provides seamless operational connectivity, enhancing efficiency and leveraging the broader Dubai South system.

This new facility enables businesses operating within it to thrive in a free zone that offers numerous benefits, such as 100% foreign ownership, along with a flexible operational environment and versatile options for warehouses, offices, and commercial spaces to accommodate various business needs.

Mohammed Al-Falasi, Deputy Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project, stated, “The sustainable growth in the sector and the increasing demand from regional and global companies for aviation services have been key motivators for expanding our infrastructure. The launch of the Aircraft Maintenance Services Complex is a direct response to this growth and continues our commitment to providing high-quality facilities that support our partners and enhance Dubai’s status as a global aviation hub.”

It is noteworthy that the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project offers global aviation companies investment opportunities as it serves as a free zone for leading airlines, private aviation firms, aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul companies, and related activities. The project is located within Dubai South, which has been developed to serve as a center for various types of maintenance, as well as a destination for training and education, aiming to enhance the emirate’s vision of becoming a leading global aviation center.
