Parkin LLC (“Parkin” or “the Company”), a prominent provider of public parking services in Dubai, has announced a strategic partnership with Dubai Holding, a global investment company involved in diverse sectors with interests in over 30 countries. This collaboration aims to deliver advanced vehicle parking solutions across several residential complexes in Dubai.

Key Points

• Under this new agreement, Parkin will manage and operate approximately 29,600 new parking spaces.

• This initiative expands Parkin’s portfolio of developer-owned parking to around 50,400 spaces, with a moderate impact on operating income projected to begin in the middle of the third quarter of 2025.
