Public Tender for the Development and Operation of Community Markets in Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office, in collaboration with the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi, has announced a new public bidding process as part of its “Musataha” program. They are inviting fully Emirati-owned companies registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development to submit their proposals for the development and operation of community markets in the Al-Sadar area of Abu Dhabi and the Al-Nood area in Al Ain.

This investment opportunity encompasses two commercial plots designated for retail project development at the neighborhood and district level. The aim of these projects is to create commercial destinations that cater to the surrounding residential communities, providing a variety of shopping, dining, and essential services for residents. The initiative includes a plot of land in the Al-Sadar area in Abu Dhabi measuring 15,861 square meters, as well as a plot in the Al-Nood area within Wadi Al Ain 2, measuring 16,016 square meters, allocated for commercial development.
