Response Plus Holdings Announces Distribution of Interim Dividends

The Board of Directors of Response Plus Holdings, listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange and recognized as the largest provider of pre-hospital care and emergency medical services in the region, has declared an interim cash dividend of 18 million dirhams for shareholders for the financial period ending June 30, 2025.

This announcement was confirmed during the board meeting held on July 30, and as a result, shareholders of Response Plus Medical will receive a distribution of 0.09 dirhams per share, representing a total dividend amount that corresponds to 9% of the company’s paid-up capital.

The record date for shareholders is set for August 7, followed by the dividend entitlement date on August 8, 2025. The record closure date (RCD) will be on August 11, with payment scheduled for August 25.

Imran Al Khoori, Chairman of Response Plus Holdings, stated, “In line with the robust growth that Response Plus Medical has achieved during the first six months of 2025, the distribution of an interim dividend of 18 million dirhams underscores our commitment to providing real value to our shareholders.”

Currently, the group operates over 420 medical locations through its primary subsidiaries, including Prometheus Medical, Oculomed Clinic, Response Plus Medical Staffing, and Health Tech Training Center, with operations extending across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, as well as India, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway.
