Sale of a Villa in Palm Jumeirah for 161 Million Dirhams

Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty has finalized the most expensive sale of a secondary villa in Palm Jumeirah this year, with a total price of AED 161 million. This transaction also ranked as the second highest sale based on square footage, covering an area of 14,679.39 square feet. The villa boasts a built-up area of 10,900 square feet.

The Dubai real estate market has maintained strong momentum throughout 2025, with significant transactions completed in key neighborhoods, several of which were facilitated by Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty.
