Selling Land in Airport City Area for 183.6 Million Dirhams

The Dubai Land Department has recorded a new transaction involving the sale of a residential plot located in the “Airport City” area of Dubai South within the Discovery Dunes project, with a total value of AED 183.6 million.

According to the data, the sold plot covers an area of approximately 95,301 square feet, with a price of AED 1,926.8 per square foot.

This transaction, valued at over AED 183 million, underscores the ongoing robust activity in Dubai’s land market, particularly in residential sectors tied to long-term development projects. Strategically located land remains a significant investment attraction in the emirate.
