He has not faced any pricing issues, so he has not given much thought to reviewing the receipt, often placing it in his bag only to discard it later without a second glance. In contrast, Iman Al-Heyas recounted how she became more diligent about keeping receipts after a personal experience where she discovered a pricing error on an item. On one occasion, she found that a product’s price had been charged twice, but luckily she checked it before exiting the store, and the mistake was corrected immediately. Since that experience, she has made it a point to always review her receipts before departing.
