The company commenced the actual delivery of units for the “SkyHills Residences 1 By HRE” project at Dubai Science Park, six months ahead of the contractual deadline, demonstrating the highest standards of discipline and project management efficiency.

Mr. Salah Al-Badri remarked that the award was given in recognition of the firm’s successful completion of the “SkyHills Residences 1” project six months early, reflecting high levels of planning efficiency and precise execution. He added that the establishment of the “First Real Estate Achievement Award” aligns with the union’s aim to highlight pioneering models and high-impact projects within the Arab real estate sector.
