Air Arabia has announced the launch of new direct flights from Ras Al Khaimah to the Russian cities of Yekaterinburg and Kazan, starting in October. This initiative expands the airline’s network of destinations from its hub in Ras Al Khaimah.
The new flights to Koltsovo International Airport in Yekaterinburg will operate weekly every Monday, commencing on October 27, 2025. Meanwhile, direct flights to Kazan International Airport will begin on October 31, 2025, with a weekly service every Friday.
Adel Ali, the CEO of Air Arabia Group, stated, “This move underscores our commitment to the Russian market and our ongoing efforts to offer reliable and convenient travel options, while also fostering the growth of trade and tourism relations between the UAE and Russia.”
The airline also offers direct flights to Yekaterinburg from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, in addition to its services to Kazan from Sharjah. Air Arabia currently connects Ras Al Khaimah to a growing international network of 10 destinations, which includes Cairo, Jeddah, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Calicut, Moscow, and Tashkent, along with the two new routes.
