Salem Al Suwaidi, the Director General of Ajman Chamber, emphasized the chamber’s commitment to enhancing its direct support for members in the private sector, particularly those in the food and beverage and manufacturing industries. This support is aimed at encouraging businesses to increase productivity while adhering to the highest quality standards, ensuring the sustainability of food supply chains, and adopting the latest technologies in manufacturing, packaging, and quality control. This approach reflects the chamber’s dedication to fostering excellence and innovation within the sector.
This statement was made during a visit to Al Amir Food Industries in Ajman, attended by Mohammed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of Member Support Services at the Ajman Chamber. Al Suwaidi mentioned that the Ajman Chamber is implementing a work plan to increase the number of field visits to leading industrial facilities in the emirate. The purpose of these visits is to assess production levels, especially given that Ajman boasts a diverse array of factories exporting their products worldwide, contributing to the growth of the sector and the sustainability of food security efforts.
The Director General of Ajman Chamber and the accompanying delegation toured various sections of the factory and production lines, examining expansion plans intended to boost productivity and enhance export volumes to both local and international markets.
Amir Rnani, the CEO, provided an overview of the modern technologies utilized at the factory, highlighting his commitment to meeting the demands of local and international markets while supporting the food security framework in line with the Ajman 2030 vision and the UAE 2031 vision. He expressed gratitude to the Ajman Chamber for its ongoing role in encouraging local factories to increase productivity and ensure sustainability, along with providing the necessary tools and support to meet market demands and grow export volumes.
