Balma Development Completes “Serenia Living” Project on Palm Jumeirah

Palma Development has announced the completion of its residential project, “Sirenia Living,” located on the Palm Jumeirah beachfront, delivering it on schedule.

Initially valued at 3 billion AED at its launch in 2022, the project’s worth has now more than doubled to exceed 6 billion AED. The timely delivery highlights the company’s commitment to high standards of quality and execution, as well as the resilience of Dubai’s real estate market.

“Sirenia Living” comprises 226 diverse residential units, with the project officially finished in February 2026, and the handover of units commenced this week.
