Collaboration Between Arab Bank and Abu Dhabi Exchange to Offer Subscription Services

The United Arab Bank has entered into a collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, aimed at enhancing the ability of the bank’s clients to access capital markets in Abu Dhabi. This partnership will enable clients to seamlessly participate in initial public offerings (IPOs) directly via the bank’s channels or through the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s electronic investor portal (eIPO), ensuring a smooth and secure client-focused experience.

The agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, with the presence of Abdullah Al Neyadi, CEO of the Abu Dhabi Exchange Group, and Suresh Bedi, CEO of the United Arab Bank, alongside several senior executives. As a result of this partnership, the bank’s clients will benefit from a streamlined process for managing subscription requests.
