DiAR Reports Half-Year Profits of 266.6 Million Dirhams

Diyar Development Company has announced its financial results for the first half of 2025, revealing a remarkable growth of 31.6% with a net profit before tax of AED 266.6 million.

The company exceeded market expectations significantly, with total revenue increasing by 39.2% year-on-year, reaching AED 925.4 million in the first half of 2025, compared to AED 664.4 million during the same period last year.

This robust performance is attributed to rising investor confidence and strong demand in Dubai’s real estate market. Earnings per share increased to 5.74 fils, up from 4.31 fils in the first half of 2024.

Revenue from other business segments also rose by 6.3%, amounting to AED 170 million in the first half of 2025, compared to AED 159.1 million in the same timeframe of 2024.

This strong financial outcome coincides with the announcement of new projects in strategic locations, including the launch of the Aya Beach Front Residences in Dubai, one of the tallest residential complexes in the UAE.

According to Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Diyar Development: “We have achieved solid results in the first half of the year and successfully launched well-planned projects that will serve as a strong source of anticipated revenue in the future.

We have capitalized on emerging opportunities across the nation and expanded Diyar’s strategic investments in high-growth potential areas, resulting in substantial returns.

Our approach has provided exceptional value to our shareholders and partners. Through our clear vision and pragmatic execution strategy, we aim to continue our growth trajectory by creating added value for all stakeholders, thereby building long-term investor trust. Our outlook for the second half of the year remains optimistic.”

He added: “As we continue to expand our strategic investments in areas with high growth potential, the company plans to deliver nearly 2,000 residential units as part of five major projects in the second half of this year. These projects are expected to significantly enhance liquidity and positively impact the overall financial stability of the company.”
