The real estate sector in Dubai continues to show strong momentum, with property transactions recorded yesterday by the Land Department exceeding 4.6 billion dirhams through 1,192 deals.
A total of 947 sales were registered, amounting to 3.1 billion dirhams. This included 71 transactions for land, 837 for residential units, and 39 for buildings.
Notably, the market witnessed a sale of a plot designated for a school in the Sobha Hartland area for 453 million dirhams, in addition to the sale of a residential apartment in the Zabeel Second area for 15 million dirhams. Mortgage registrations reached a total of 1.1 billion dirhams across 185 transactions, which included 58 mortgage agreements for land, 193 for residential units, and 31 for buildings. Additionally, 60 gift transactions were recorded, valued at 306 million dirhams.
