Grand Continent Hotels and Resorts, an Indian hospitality firm, is gearing up to expand its international footprint by launching its inaugural hotel outside of India, located in Dubai, according to a senior company official.
Ramesh Shiva, the chairman and managing director of the company based in Bengaluru, revealed plans to open four new hotels within India as part of their strategy to reach a total of 5,000 hotel rooms by 2028. In statements to reporters, Shiva noted, “The hotel in Dubai will feature 125 rooms and will be our first international property, with preparations underway for its opening within the next three months in Dubai.”
