Partnership to Strengthen the UAE’s Leadership in Integrated Facility Management

“Solutions+” is an Emirati company specializing in business consulting, digital solutions, and business outsourcing. Fully owned by “Mubadala Investment Company,” it has announced the expansion of “Facilities Management Services LLC” through a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the United Arab Emirates’ position as a leader in integrated facilities management.

The agreement was finalized by Nasser Al Nabhan, Managing Director of “Solutions+,” and Philip Male, CEO of “Serco Middle East,” during a signing ceremony in Abu Dhabi. The event was attended by Hamid Al Shammari, Chairman of “Solutions+,” Dr. Bakhit Al Katheeri, CEO of the Investment Sector in the UAE, and Anthony Kirby, CEO of the Serco Group.

Under this agreement, “Solutions+” and “Serco” will transfer their integrated facilities management contracts to “Facilities Management Services LLC,” with the goal of establishing a leading national entity in this sector. This collaboration leverages and integrates the strengths of both parties: “Solutions+” excels in driving digital and operational transformation, while “Serco” is distinguished in providing world-class public services in areas like transportation, real estate, healthcare, and community services.

Nasser Al Nabhan remarked, “This partnership marks a significant milestone in our journey toward leadership in delivering smart and efficient services. By combining our digital approach with Serco’s global expertise in integrated facilities management, we establish a new benchmark for excellence in integrated services, supporting the UAE’s long-term ambitions for infrastructure development and aligning with Mubadala’s investment strategy.”

Philip Male added, “We are proud to enhance our partnership with ‘Solutions+’ by expanding the scope of Facilities Management Services LLC. This partnership allows us to provide greater value services to our esteemed clients and the community, supporting the UAE’s vision for a more sustainable, innovative, and locally empowered facilities management sector.”

Anthony Kirby stated, “The partnership with ‘Solutions+’ to create a leading national project in integrated facilities management within the UAE not only reflects our commitment to investing in high-growth key sectors but also highlights the strength of collaboration that yields better services while making a significant local impact and providing long-term value for the government and citizens alike.”

By adopting global best practices alongside ambitious local insights, this partnership reinforces Serco’s goal of creating a future of excellence for sustainable development while supporting government visions, as well as “Solutions+” ambition to lead the next generation of smart and efficient customer-focused facilities management services in the UAE.
