The general assembly of Salik held on Thursday approved the distribution of cash dividends totaling 890.34 million dirhams (equivalent to 11.8712 fils per share) for the second half of 2025.
The assembly also sanctioned an extraordinary cash dividend of 107.84 million dirhams (approximately 1.44 fils per share).
During the meeting, the assembly ratified the board of directors’ report on the company’s activities and financial position for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
Additionally, the assembly approved the company’s budget and profit and loss statement for the year 2025.
Board member bonuses for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, were also approved by the assembly.
It is noteworthy that the company had previously reported a significant revenue increase of 35.1%, reaching 3.09 billion dirhams in 2025, compared to 2024.
The company’s net profit rose by 33.4%, amounting to 1.55 billion dirhams, up from 1.16 billion dirhams recorded in 2024.
Operating net profit reached 1.99 billion dirhams in 2025, compared to 1.48 billion dirhams in 2024.
The company attributed this strong performance primarily to the implementation of a variable pricing system effective January 31, 2025, the operation of two new gates throughout the year, and improved economic activity, which contributed to increased vehicle registrations and traffic flow.
