Sharjah Free Zones Achieve Four Awards for Outstanding Financial Performance

The Sharjah International Airport Free Zone Authority and the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority have received four prestigious awards at the sixth edition of the Outstanding Financial Performance Awards, organized by the Central Finance Department of Sharjah.

The Hamriyah Free Zone was honored with the award for “Leading Independent Entity in Revenue Standards Implementation,” while the Sharjah International Airport Free Zone Authority secured the title for “Leading Independent Entity in Accounting and Taxation Standards Implementation.” In individual awards, Mohammed Al Marzouqi from the Sharjah International Airport Free Zone was recognized as the Outstanding New Financial Employee among independent entities, while Diego Palakrishnan from the Hamriyah Free Zone won the award for Outstanding Tax Analyst from independent entities.

Saeed Al Mazroui, Director of the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority and the Sharjah International Airport Free Zone Authority, stated that the achievements of both authorities reflect their ongoing commitment to enhancing financial and administrative systems in line with the highest international standards, as well as their dedication to developing an integrated system characterized by efficiency and transparency.
