Telus Digital Expands into Middle Eastern Markets with Office in Dubai

Telos Digital Experience, a global technology company focused on enhancing digital user experiences and listed on both the New York and Toronto stock exchanges, announced yesterday the opening of its office in Dubai, marking its first presence in the Middle East.

Dubai serves as the ideal gateway for Telos Digital to offer comprehensive services, encompassing strategy, execution, and operational management, especially given the rising demand for digital transformation solutions in the Gulf region.

The company is recognized for its extensive expertise in digital strategy consulting, customer experience design, AI-driven automation, and customer experience upgrades, employing a specialized global team and a unique service delivery model.

Tobias Dingle, the head of Telos Digital Solutions, a subsidiary of Telos Digital, stated, “Opening an office in the Middle East is a natural step to strengthen our presence in rapidly growing markets.”

He noted that the Gulf region is experiencing a growing trend of collaboration with partners to provide integrated, large-scale services, from strategy development to the design and construction of digital experiences, AI platforms, and customer solutions.

“We are specifically specialized in this area, as our team of experts from around the world provides consultation and product development strategy, with expertise in artificial intelligence, computer vision, and automation. The Gulf region has forward-looking infrastructure and an environment that fosters innovation, making it an ideal hub for our operations,” he added.

The UAE’s AI Strategy 2031 outlines a clear vision to position the country as a global leader in the AI sector, supported by major government initiatives and multi-billion-dollar investments in AI infrastructure and computational capabilities.

In light of the UAE’s efforts to lead in the deployment of AI, Telos Digital’s new office in Dubai will act as a launch pad for providing services in this key sector, alongside various others, including financial services, telecommunications and media, hospitality, and retail.

Considering the growing demand for AI technologies in the UAE and the wider Middle East, Telos Digital Middle East reaffirms its commitment to supporting the UAE’s digital transformation goals and smart city initiatives.

Recently, Telos Digital successfully expanded its global footprint by opening its second branch in Cape Town, South Africa, and its sixth location in the International Financial Technology City in Gujarat, India, which is the country’s first smart city and specialized economic zone.
