The 22nd edition will take place in April 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, offering a comprehensive platform that brings together top real estate developers and investors from around the globe.
The previous edition, held in April 2025, was a resounding success, attracting over 300 exhibitors from 45 countries and welcoming more than 30,000 visitors.
Daoud Al Shezawi, the head of the IPS exhibition, stated that the event has become a significant annual highlight on the global real estate events calendar, attracting leading investors and professionals. He remarked, “Through the 2026 edition, we aim to enhance the participation of emerging international markets, provide innovative experiences that embody the spirit of innovation and sustainability, and open broader avenues for collaboration between investors and developers across various real estate sectors.”
