The UAE Businesswomen Council, which operates under the umbrella of the Federation of UAE Chambers, has launched the “Enhance” initiative as part of its strategic plan aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of women entrepreneurs in the country.
This initiative seeks to empower members of the UAE Businesswomen Council and local councils through a comprehensive system of specialized training programs, professional mentoring sessions, and knowledge sharing.
Aisha Mohammed Saeed Al-Mulla, the Chairwoman of the UAE Businesswomen Council, remarked that the “Enhance” initiative represents a strategic move to support women entrepreneurs in advancing their leadership and professional skills, noting that it provides an integrated platform for knowledge transfer, experience exchange, and partnership building.
Dr. Amal Abdullah Al-Hadabi, First Vice President of the UAE Businesswomen Council, explained that the initiative focuses on the enhancement of entrepreneurial skills through quality training programs and practical mentoring sessions, contributing to the readiness of women’s enterprises for expansion and increasing their competitiveness.
Dr. Amina Khalifa, Second Vice President of the UAE Businesswomen Council, emphasized that the “Enhance” initiative supports women’s economic empowerment by building a supportive network for women entrepreneurs and enhancing opportunities for collaboration and partnerships, which contribute to the sustainability and growth of women’s businesses.
