In the presence of His Excellency Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with “BraySight,” a company specializing in artificial intelligence and data analysis. The goal is to advance the “National Statistical Data Platform” and enhance technical and analytical capabilities.
His Excellency Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi emphasized that this new partnership aligns with the proactive approach of the UAE and the leadership’s vision for shaping the future. This initiative will utilize advanced technology and artificial intelligence to seize opportunities, adapt to changes, and tackle emerging challenges.
He added that this strategic collaboration will facilitate the consolidation of the country’s official statistics, support a shift towards smart statistics, and promote data-driven decision-making. It aims to enhance the national data ecosystem, integrate various data sources, and provide a unified environment for official statistics at the national level. This will enable government entities and decision-makers to access accurate, updated real-time data that supports strategic planning and the formulation of public policies, thus boosting the UAE’s global competitiveness.
Her Excellency Mariam bint Mohammed Al Hamadi, Minister of State and Secretary-General of the Cabinet and General Supervisor of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre, stated that this partnership with BraySight reflects the leadership’s vision for building a future data-driven government based on artificial intelligence. His Excellency Mansour Al Mansouri, Vice Chairman of BraySight, remarked that their partnership with the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre directly supports the UAE government’s efforts to bolster the national data system. BraySight firmly believes in the vital role of data as a fundamental resource for shaping economic and social policies and transitioning toward a knowledge-based economy grounded in evidence and smart analytics.
