The Global Charitable Organization has announced the successful completion and establishment of 140 comprehensive charity complexes outside the country in 2025, amounting to 25 million dirhams. This initiative is part of its humanitarian message aimed at improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable groups and enhancing community stability in underdeveloped areas.
The charity complexes implemented by the organization included mosques, schools, water wells, health centers, and other facilities that cater to the daily needs of the population while contributing to sustainable development within the benefiting communities.
Dr. Khaled Al-Khaja, the Secretary-General of the organization, emphasized that these achievements embody the vision of the UAE in charitable work, extending its entrenched approach of providing assistance to those in need around the globe, regardless of any distinctions, thus reinforcing the values of solidarity and humanitarian cooperation.
He noted that the execution of 140 charity complexes within a single year reflects the significant efforts made by the organization’s teams and their partners, reaffirming their commitment to delivering comprehensive development projects that create lasting impacts on the lives of beneficiary communities, rather than mere temporary solutions.
Dr. Al-Khaja further explained that the organization prioritized the establishment of these complexes based on actual needs assessments of each region, in coordination with local authorities, to ensure the sustainability and operational efficiency of the projects. He highlighted that the charity complexes serve as a comprehensive model of humanitarian work that interlinks education, health, water, and worship.
Additionally, he stated that the organization continues to expand its projects in the coming years with a focus on the most in-need areas while enhancing partnerships with charitable institutions and donors to ensure the sustainability of giving and amplify the humanitarian impact.
