Dubai Investments, a publicly listed investment firm on the Dubai Financial Market, has laid the foundation stone for the “Asail Avenue” project – a new residential community that will serve as an extension of the flagship “Mirdif Hills” development, valued at 2.2 billion AED, located in the Mirdif area. This project, developed by Dubai Investments Real Estate, the company’s real estate arm, marks a significant milestone in the continuing growth of one of Dubai’s premier residential destinations.
A number of senior executives from Dubai Investments and Dubai Investments Real Estate, alongside representatives from the appointed consultants and contractors, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony. This event underscores the group’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality projects that are community-focused and further enrich the expanding real estate landscape in Dubai. The Asail Avenue project, estimated to be worth 400 million AED, will feature 193 carefully designed residential apartments, varying from one to three bedrooms, distinguished by spacious layouts, premium finishes, and smart technologies that provide a modern and integrated lifestyle. This development represents a qualitative extension of the master plan for the Mirdif Hills project, benefiting from the successes of previous projects such as “Jannat”, “Nsayem”, and “Al Maltqa Avenue”, which have set new benchmarks for community living in Dubai.

Construction work on the Asail Avenue project is set to commence in the second quarter of 2025, with completion anticipated by the second quarter of 2027.
