«GITEX Global 2025» concluded its 45th edition yesterday after an intense five-day event filled with deal-making and the unveiling of groundbreaking innovations in artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, quantum computing, digital health, and biotechnology. The event brought together over 6,800 exhibitors and 2,000 startups from 180 countries, along with 1,200 investors at the Dubai World Trade Center and Dubai Harbour.

The event saw the launch of numerous new global alliances, along with major technology companies signing multi-billion-dirham memorandums of understanding that aim to propel next-generation innovations.

Critical sectors for the future were front and center this year, highlighted by new product launches and impactful discussions within the «GITEX Quantum», «Physical AI», «Semiconductors», «Mega Data Centers», and «GITEX Digital Health and Biotechnology» segments.

The event marked a record number of memorandums of understanding signed, reinforcing new alliances between public and private sectors aimed at digital transformation. Among the noteworthy partnerships was the collaboration between «Brisait» and the «Dubai Taxi Corporation» to develop AI solutions that enhance smart and sustainable urban mobility.

Additionally, «Amazon Web Services» and «&e» launched a pioneering national program to train 30,000 individuals in artificial intelligence and cloud computing across the UAE under the initiative «Nation of AI – Horizons».

On the second day alone, the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport initiated 19 strategic partnerships, focused on AI-powered government services, real estate, smart cities, and transportation systems, marking the largest single-day commitment since Abu Dhabi’s historic participation in the event.

At «Dubai Harbour», the startup showcase «Expand North Star» invigorated the ecosystem for startups and investors. Founders from over 100 countries engaged with investors managing assets exceeding $1.1 trillion, resulting in cross-border partnerships and live investment launches on site.
