“Nakheel,” a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the launch of a new exclusive collection of luxury villas overlooking the waterfront at its Palm Jebel Ali project, marking a new chapter in the development of one of Dubai’s most ambitious endeavors.
As construction progresses swiftly, this launch features 11 unique architectural designs within the “Beach Collection” and “Coral Collection” villas, each setting a new standard for luxury waterfront living. These villas were designed in collaboration with prestigious global architectural studios, and their names reflect the architectural essence of each villa. The designers have maximized space, natural light, and sea views, allowing residents direct access to the beach and breathtaking panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
The “Beach Collection” includes beach villas with five to six bedrooms, ranging in size from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet. This collection features villas such as “Cyan Sky” by NAGA Architecture, “Cobalt Beach” by LOOKAY, “Baya Luna” by WATG, and “Wave Crest” by LW Design Group, along with “Ocean Whisper” and “Bluejay” by SAOTA. These villas are distinguished by their exquisite designs, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows that frame the horizon like a natural painting.
On the other hand, the “Coral Collection” comprises villas with six to seven bedrooms, with sizes between 11,500 and 12,500 square feet, designed by firms like SAOTA, LOOKAY, LW Design Group, and NAGA Architecture. This collection boasts unique villa designs including “Red Aurora,” “Porcelain Roses,” “Red Wood,” “Coral Dune,” and “Sunset Mirage.” These homes feature bold geometric designs and warm natural colors, fostering harmony and a smooth transition between the elegance of the interior spaces and the tranquility of the surrounding environment.
Additionally, all villas from both collections have been meticulously crafted to echo their natural surroundings, blending refined architectural touches with a coastal atmosphere that celebrates light, landscapes, and the joy of living.
In a related statement, Khaled Al Malek, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, remarked: “The Palm Jebel Ali project reflects Dubai’s ambitious vision. The launch of this new phase underscores Nakheel’s commitment to excellence in design and execution as well as community building. As construction advances, we remain focused on providing residences and neighborhoods that enhance quality of life and contribute to Dubai’s growth.”
Beyond residential offerings, the community infrastructure of the Palm Jebel Ali project will include a retail center spanning 9,000 square meters of leasable space, along with a mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, accommodating Friday prayers for around 1,000 worshipers. This mosque embodies modern Islamic architecture with intricately carved decorations that harmonize with the surroundings, creating stunning visual interactions between light and shadow through its elegant and cohesive designs.
The seven islands of Palm Jebel Ali stretch over 13.4 kilometers, featuring 16 fronds and a beach that extends for 90 kilometers. This project establishes a new benchmark for growth and development in the Jebel Ali area, aligning with the goals of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040 and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33). It also integrates smart city technologies, sustainable design principles, and vibrant public spaces to create mixed-use urban neighborhoods designed for pedestrians, thereby setting new standards for waterfront living.
