The Dubai Digital Economy Chamber, one of three chambers operating under the Dubai Chambers umbrella, has announced five new initiatives aimed at enriching the agenda of the 10th edition of the “Expand North Star” event. This is the largest gathering for startups and investors globally, organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre and hosted by the Dubai Digital Economy Chamber at Dubai Harbour from October 12 to 15, 2025.
The new initiatives outlined for the “Expand North Star 2025” agenda include: the “ScaleX Platform” for startup launches and the “Consumer Technology Zone.”
Additionally, there will be the “Green Impact of North Star,” the “Deep Tech Summit for the Middle East and Africa,” and the “Digital Assets Forum.” These new events represent a significant enhancement to the “Expand North Star” ecosystem aimed at supporting the growth of startups, enhancing funding opportunities, and creating new avenues for collaboration within the global tech community.
The exhibition will bring together top founders, investors, and entrepreneurs from around the world to explore growth opportunities in Dubai while advancing the future of the digital economy.
The “ScaleX” platform serves as the official program designed to support company growth during the “Expand North Star” Dubai 2025 event. The program aims to highlight 100 of the fastest-growing tech companies globally and provide them with real opportunities for expansion both within and beyond the Middle East.
This program, dedicated to accelerating the market entry of emerging tech firms, will integrate virtual sessions and live interactions during the event to connect these companies with investors and strategic partners who can support their international expansion.
The “Consumer Technology Zone” offers a supportive platform for the most innovative startups in the consumer tech product sector, showcasing the next generation of entrepreneurs developing augmented and virtual reality technologies, smart medical devices, lifestyle solutions, and internet-connected products.
This area will feature startups ready for demo showcases, supported by renowned business accelerators, government innovation programs, and deep-tech specialized centers, making it a window into the latest advancements in consumer technology worldwide.
Furthermore, the new sustainability area titled “Green Impact of North Star” will focus on startups driving innovation to tackle climate and environmental challenges.
