Emirati Venture One Aims to Export Secure Autonomous Systems to Europe

The Emirati firm “Venture One,” which specializes in developing startup projects for the Advanced Technology Research Council, has announced its plans to bring secure autonomy technologies to the European market. This will be achieved through strategic partnerships with Finnish technology companies “Unikie” and “Solita.”

This initiative is part of the UAE’s efforts to promote the export of innovative solutions in public safety, security, and critical infrastructure protection to Finland and Northern European countries. This marks the first European deployment of locally developed secure autonomy technologies.

Venture One’s offerings include the advanced “Saluki” system, which enables flight control and multi-drone mission management. It features a robust security framework based on a “zero trust” principle aimed at ensuring high reliability and protection against tampering or breaches. Additionally, the system supports an integrated communication network that allows for real-time task management, thereby enhancing coordination and security in complex operational environments.

The partnerships with Unikie and Solita focus on incorporating these technologies into European critical infrastructure projects, leveraging the companies’ expertise in autonomy, security, and artificial intelligence. This initiative is also part of the ongoing collaboration between the UAE and Finland to advance research and development while expediting innovation exchange between the two nations.

This expansion reflects the UAE’s ambition to become a global hub for advanced autonomous technologies, not only through innovation but also by ensuring the highest levels of safety and flexibility for deploying solutions in sensitive and critical environments. This further enhances its international position in the field of autonomous systems and secure infrastructure.
