Partnership for the Development of a Unified Platform for Managing Work Processes in AI-Based Institutions

The company “Inception,” part of the G42 Group and a prominent player in the region, has announced a strategic partnership with “Applied AI,” a technology firm based in Abu Dhabi, recognized as a leading provider of enterprise AI solutions within the UAE’s private sector. This collaboration aims to enhance the automation of workflow processes through AI agents to serve global institutions.

“Applied AI” is the developer behind the “Opus” platform, which utilizes artificial intelligence for workflow management. This platform hosts the world’s first global model for overseeing and organizing operations within large enterprises, featuring a system that integrates workplace information and presents it in a coherent manner. This allows organizations to design, automate, manage, and review workflow processes systematically and effectively, particularly in highly regulated sectors. With Inception’s expertise in developing and deploying AI solutions under stringent security standards at both enterprise and national levels, the partnership seeks to accelerate the adoption of intelligent processes fueled by AI agent systems in sensitive and critical environments.

Through this alliance, both parties will deliver a unified platform empowered by the “Opus” system, facilitating advanced automation of corporate workflows, while enhancing decision-making capabilities and large-scale execution. The platform aims to advance national digital priorities and transformation efforts among major enterprises, establishing a global benchmark for utilizing AI in strategic decision-making and operational execution.

This partnership comes at a time when organizations are eager to transition the use of AI from limited experiments to practical applications that yield significant operational impact. A report from “McKinsey” on the “State of AI in 2025” indicates that nearly two-thirds of organizations have yet to expand their AI usage across the entire enterprise, emphasizing that developing workflows is the critical factor distinguishing advanced firms from their counterparts.

Aseesh Koshy, the CEO of Inception, stated: “Our partnership with Applied AI opens new avenues for AI-driven enterprise solutions designed to handle operational complexities and function at scale. The new platform organizes AI agents, links them with workflows, and supports intelligent decision-making, allowing organizations to move beyond experimentation and foster practical AI applications with tangible and clear outcomes.”

Aria Polourfroshan, the CEO of Applied AI, added: “Today, enterprises and governments are moving towards a clear demand for AI systems that not only support decision-making but also execute tasks efficiently, transparently, and at scale. Our partnership with Inception enables the expansion of the Opus platform into new markets and complex institutions worldwide. Through our collaboration, we are turning strategic visions into practical realities.”
