The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority is participating in an exhibition organized by the General Civil Aviation Authority, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to support the development of the civil aviation sector in the United Arab Emirates. This initiative aims to enhance institutional cooperation and facilitate the exchange of expertise among various stakeholders.
During the exhibition, the authority will showcase available job and training opportunities, alongside highlighting its key achievements in empowering national talent and developing human capital. Currently, the localization rate stands at 91%, with Emirati employees representing 81% of specialist roles. This reflects the effectiveness of the authority’s strategy in attracting and preparing national competencies in vital areas of the aviation sector. Additionally, the authority emphasizes its training and development efforts, with approximately 97.6% of employees having undergone training in 2025, underscoring its focus on enhancing employee efficiency and institutional readiness.
Hanah Hamad Abdullah, Head of Recruitment and Human Resources Services at the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, stated: “Our participation in this exhibition reflects our commitment to supporting national initiatives aimed at developing the aviation sector. We prioritize investing in Emirati talent, as it is the driving force behind the sustainability of institutional excellence. The localization and training rates achieved by the authority illustrate a clear vision for cultivating national competencies that can adapt to the evolving aviation sector both locally and globally.”
The authority confirmed that its presence at the exhibition aligns with its strategy to strengthen partnerships with federal and local entities and contribute to the goals of the General Civil Aviation Authority, which is consistent with the UAE’s vision to establish itself as a leading global hub in civil aviation.
