During 2025, the “Damac Islands 2” project achieved sales of 11 billion AED within just five hours, surpassing the success of its previous release in 2024, which made it into the Guinness World Records. The company also introduced the “Riverside Views” project in Dubai, coinciding with a strategic partnership with Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, along with the “Chelsea Residences” project in collaboration with Chelsea Football Club. Additional projects such as “Capri One,” “Damac District,” and “Damac Islands 2” were launched to strengthen its presence in the luxury residential and waterfront community sectors.
Damac has expanded its regional footprint by launching the first phase of “Damac Hills Baghdad,” while continuing to enhance its financial flexibility through innovative payment plans and banking partnerships to support investors. Since its establishment in 2002, Damac has delivered approximately 50,000 residential units, with over 54,000 units currently in the planning and execution stages, reaffirming its leadership in delivering luxurious real estate projects that meet the highest global standards.
