Dubai is set to host the Gulf Food Exhibition (Gulfood 2026) in just two days, featuring a remarkable global participation with 8,500 exhibitors from 195 countries, spanning 12 key sectors of the food and beverage industry to shape the future of food in the region and beyond.
This prominent international event in the food and beverage supply chain will take place from January 26 to 30 at two venues: the Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai.
The 2026 edition of this global event will emphasize the future of the food sector, sustainability, supply chains, and the application of artificial intelligence in food industries, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a leading global hub for exhibitions, international trade, and investment, thanks to its strategic location and robust infrastructure.
Hotels in Dubai have experienced a notable surge in activity in recent hours due to the influx of participants and visitors, with occupancy rates nearing record highs. Hotels and hospitality venues near the event sites have reported being at full capacity, amidst expectations that the event will positively impact visitor numbers and enhance hotel occupancy, in addition to stimulating activity in hospitality, transport, and retail sectors, along with an increase in air travel through Dubai International Airport.
