The Emirates Driving Company, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, has reported strong financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Revenues surged to 770 million dirhams, up from 513 million dirhams in 2024, marking an impressive annual growth of 50%. The profit before tax grew by 30%, reaching 403 million dirhams compared to 310 million dirhams the previous year. Additionally, net profit after tax increased by 23%, totaling 346 million dirhams, in contrast to 282 million dirhams in 2024.
Furthermore, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose by 35%, amounting to 425 million dirhams. The company’s board has recommended a cash dividend of 20 fils per share to be distributed to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, pending approval at the upcoming general assembly meeting.
