The Ajman Businesswomen Council organized an entrepreneurship forum entitled “From Challenge to Impact: Social Entrepreneurship as a Sustainable Solution.” The primary goal of this event was to raise awareness about the role of social development and its influence on selecting economic projects, while also promoting the concepts of women’s empowerment and impactful entrepreneurship.
Held at the Ajman Youth Center, this forum was part of a series of training and educational events organized by the council to enhance the skills of female business owners and members, empowering them to develop sustainable projects.
Dr. Amina Khalifa Al Ali, the President of the Ajman Businesswomen Council, emphasized that the forum reflects the council’s commitment to actively participate in the “Year of the Family 2026.” This initiative aims to highlight the impact of social entrepreneurship in supporting family stability, strengthening family bonds, and economically empowering women by providing sustainable projects that consider social dimensions and contribute to balanced development benefiting both families and the community.
Al Ali reiterated the council’s dedication to conducting a series of forums, training sessions, and educational workshops aimed at enhancing the skills of its members. The focus will be on supporting them in areas such as marketing, management, conducting feasibility studies, innovation, and development, thereby increasing the readiness of businesswomen and boosting their capabilities to launch and develop successful projects with lasting economic and social impacts.
The forum featured various key topics and discussion panels that addressed social entrepreneurship and showcased balanced project models integrating economic, social, and financial aspects.
