Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Hamid Al Nuaimi, the head of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, along with Sheikh Rashid bin Hamid Al Nuaimi, the head of the Department of Municipality and Planning in Ajman, conducted a site visit to the “Azha” community project. This is the first gated residential community with comprehensive services, featuring 347 villas located in the Al Amerah area.
The tour included the participation of Omar bin Amier Al Mehyari, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, and Abdulaziz Al Jasmi, the General Director, along with other executive leadership members and representatives from governmental bodies.
During the visit, there was direct engagement with various community and service facilities, including green spaces and family recreation areas, highlighting the emirate’s holistic vision to support integrated residential communities.
Emirates Real Estate Group and Azha Real Estate confirmed that this visit underscores the government’s keen interest in advancing comprehensive residential projects. They aim to keep pace with urban growth and meet the needs of families and the community. They also noted the project’s modern architectural designs and the use of high-quality materials in its finishes, alongside planning layouts that balance privacy with accessibility to neighboring communities.
