Flydubai Fully Resumes Its Flight Schedule Starting July 1

Flydubai has announced the resumption of flights to the Syrian capital starting from June 26. Daily flights to Damascus will be operated from Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport.

This decision comes as more airspace in the region reopens and restrictions are eased.

Flydubai intends to restart its entire flight schedule across its network effective July 1, following the completion of all necessary assessments.

In light of the evolving situation, the airline is continuously reviewing its flight plans across its network, operating within the approved international air corridors, and adjusting its flights as needed.

Gaith Al Ghaith, the CEO of Flydubai, stated, “We are closely monitoring the situation and adjusting our flight schedule accordingly. Our flexibility and preparedness have allowed us to adapt quickly during these times, while always prioritizing the highest operational standards and the safety of our crew and passengers. We are pleased to see our operations resume and look forward to restoring services to the other affected markets soon.”

Flydubai has recommended that customers update their contact information by visiting the reservations management section and checking their flight status on the company’s website.
