Dubai South, the largest urban development project focused on aviation, logistics, and real estate, along with Toll Group, a global leader in logistics and the main owner of CTW-SML Logistics, has launched the construction of a new distribution center within the logistics area of Dubai South. This expansion is a significant step that reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering world-class logistics solutions across the Middle East and North Africa.
The new facility spans 25,000 square meters and features a warehouse, offices, and a mezzanine floor, accommodating up to 30,644 storage platforms. It will also include a designated area for general cargo divided into four separate chambers that can be customized to meet client needs.
In addition, the center will have refrigerated rooms equipped with advanced storage systems, and the construction is being carried out according to Silver LEED standards, reflecting a commitment to sustainability in materials and processes.
The facility will offer a comprehensive range of logistics services, including third-party logistics (3PL), management and handling of inbound and outbound goods, and value-added services (VAS) for regional markets, as well as local and cross-border transportation solutions. The project is expected to be completed by August 2026.
