Center officials affirm that these achievements came as a result of adopting the latest administrative and legal practices, in addition to close collaboration with governmental bodies and the private sector. This enabled the provision of flexible solutions promptly to meet the expectations of both tenants and owners.
As the center continues to upgrade its services and expand its range of settlements, its role remains pivotal in supporting the Dubai government’s initiatives toward an integrated real estate environment based on transparency and justice, strengthening trust among all parties involved.
