2800 Exhibitors Participate in the 46th Edition of the “Big Five” Exhibition in Dubai

The 46th edition of the Big 5 Global Exhibition, the largest and most influential event in the construction sector across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, is set to take place from November 24 to 27 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This year, the event expects to attract over 2,800 exhibitors and more than 8,500 professionals from various sectors within the construction and urban development value chain, encompassing planning, construction, operation, and post-construction services.

Project Valuation

The total value of pre-construction projects in the Middle East and Africa alone stands at $7 trillion, driven by the region’s ambitious national visions and extensive urban development programs. The area continues to draw global investors, solidifying its position as one of the most opportunity-rich markets worldwide, particularly in light of the UAE Vision 2031 and Saudi Vision 2030, which further energizes the sector.

Growing Demand

The increasing demand in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia is attributed to a series of ambitious, large-scale projects that are reshaping the global landscape. The current and forthcoming projects, valued in the billions, are accelerating investments and delivery timelines while enhancing market expectations. With plans in place for projects worth $9.18 trillion, numerous significant opportunities are available in the region (source: Ventures Onsite).

The exhibition will showcase over 60,000 top products, services, systems, and solutions, featuring more than 400 speakers across four summits. This year’s event includes a series of nine specialized events, each addressing emerging priorities in the construction sector. The Big 5 Heavy exhibition will spotlight the latest advancements in machinery, vehicles, and advanced lifting solutions, while the Totally Concrete expo will emphasize material durability and structural integrity. The Marble & Stone World exhibition will reveal innovations in stone design and applications, and the Urban Design & Landscape show will focus on sustainable methods for urban planning and development.

Returning this year is the Windows, Doors & Facades exhibition, highlighting contemporary innovations in building envelope systems. The HVACR World exhibition will showcase the latest advancements in cooling, heating, and air quality. Additionally, events like LiveableCitiesX, Future M&M, and Geo World will provide insights into urban resilience, facility management, and geospatial technologies, offering a rich learning experience for attendees. The 2025 edition will see participation from companies and brands representing over 20 international pavilions, including Germany, Italy, China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom, with new participants such as Georgia and Morocco adding to the event’s global appeal, reflecting the growing interest and expand participation.
